摘要

Abstract

The cone valve and energy dissipation pool are usually arranged on the outlet of reservoir discharge tunnel in pumped-storage power station to connect the upstream and downstream flow.The body type of energy dissipation pool directly affects the energy dissipation effect and project cost.The three-dimensional numerical simulation and hydraulic model test method are adopted to study the influences of the length of energy-dissipation pool,the layout type of pier and the length of water stabilizing cover plate on the flow pattern,flow structure and energy dissipation rate in the energy dissipation pool.The results show that,the number of pier mainly affects the distribution of flow pattern in the energy dissipation pool and the energy dissipation rate of unit water body in different areas;the larger the length of energy dissipation pool,the smaller the pressure on the side wall,and the overall energy dissipation rate increases,but the energy dissipation rate per unit volume of the energy dissipation pool decreases;the length of water stabilizing cover plate does not have a significant effect on the flow pattern,the pressure on the side wall,and the overall energy dissipation rate.
