Numerical Simulation of the Anti-scour Performance of Large-flow Water Inflow Grouting Material Considering Time-varying Characteristics

Abstract
The grouting material is required to have excellent anti-scour performance for dealing with leakage and blockage under large-flow water inflow.These materials typically have a high viscosity and can solidify rapidly within a short time,showing significant time-dependent characteristics.Based on the development of two new types of grouting materials,HSC and HPSC,a quantitative analysis of anti-scour performance under various hydraulic scour conditions is conducted using multi-physical field coupled numerical simulations.The results indicate that the HSC and HPSC grouting materials have the characteristics of short setting time and rapid viscosity growth,and can be used for plugging and treatment of large flow inflows.At a small flow rate(0.15 m3/(s·m)),HPSC is close to that of HSC slurry,and there is no significant difference in impact resistance.Under the condition of high flow rate(0.75 m3/(s·m)),with the extension of the scouring time,the decrease of HPSC slurry is smaller and the difference with HSC and ordinary cement slurry gradually increased,and the grout comparison is 18.9%,9.2%and 8.0%after 360 seconds of scouring,respectively.In summary,the HSC slurry can meet the impact resistance requirements under small flow rates and has good groutability.The HPSC slurry with short coagulation time and stronger impact resistance can be applied to grouting and plugging in the leakage area of large-flow water inflow,but it is necessary to pay attention to its groutability.关键词
