淮河流域绿色金融与能源安全耦合协调研究
Coupling coordination of green finance and energy security in the Huaihe River Basin

Abstract
Against the backdrop of deepening the energy revolution and advancing Beautiful China,this paper introduces the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree model to study the coupling coordination between green finance and energy security in the Huaihe River Basin from 2010 to 2021,and predicts its development trends with the help of the grey prediction GM(1,1)model.The results show that green finance levels in the Huaihe River Basin show fluctuating growth,while energy security exhibits steady improvement;and the coupling degree is in the maximum coupling stage,while the coupling coordination degrees are predominantly at the primary stage with low levels.Spatially,the five provinces in the Huaihe River Basin have different energy endowments and financial conditions,resulting in different development levels,with Anhui and Jiangsu demonstrating better coupling coordination and faster growth.It is expected that from 2022 to 2026,except for Hubei,the coupling coordination degree of green finance and energy security in the other four provinces will increase to the intermediate coordination stage.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes suggestions regarding green energy development regarding such dimensions as promoting green finance innovation,strengthening support for energy transition,and deepening regionally coordinated development.关键词
