New quality productive forces empowering technological innovation in China's water conservancy economy:the value logic and practical paths

Abstract
New quality productive forces,an innovation-driven paradigm transcending conventional economic growth models and development paths of productive forces,accelerate technological innovation in China's water conservancy economy and create new opportunities for its development.In the process of further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese modernization,the empowerment by new quality productive forces is an important method to promote the technological innovation and development of China's water conservancy.From the perspective of the empowerment by new quality productive forces,based on the dynamic mechanisms by which new quality productive forces empower technological innovation,this paper proposes the value logic of new quality productive forces empowering technological innovation in China's water conservancy economy,and analyzes the interaction between new quality productive forces,water conservancy economy,and technological innovation.The results indicate that the new quality productive forces drive innovative development,optimize industrial structure,and promote professional supply,providing development empowerment,transformational empowerment,and specialized empowerment mechanisms for enterprises'technological innovation in China's water conservancy economy.关键词
