单向导湿纳米纤维复合过滤材料的制备及性能研究
Study on Preparation and Properties of Unidirectional Moisture Transferring Nanofiber Composite Filtration Materials

Abstract
In order to develop nanofiber composite filter materials with high efficiency,low resistance and thermal and humidity comfort,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF),polyacrylonitrile(PAN)and nano titanium dioxide(TiO2)were used as raw materials,hydrophobic,hydroconductive and hydrophilic nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning technology,and the nanofiber composites were constructed by gradient lamination according to the gram weight of 1∶1∶1,and the morphological structure,filtration performance and wettability of the composites were studied by mass concentration of PVDF,mPAN∶mPVDF and TiO2 mass fractions,the effect of moisture permeability and unilateral moisture conductivity.The results showed that when the mass concentration of PVDF was 12%,the quality factor of the hydrophobic layer was 0.015 5 Pa-1,the contact angle was 104°,and the moisture permeability was 268.2 g/(m2·h).When the mPAN∶mPVDF was 2∶1,the quality factor of the aquifer was 0.025 8 Pa-1,and the contact angle and moisture permeability were 83° and 234.6 g/(m2·h),respectively.When the mass fraction of TiO2 was 2%,the hydrophilic layer quality factor,contact angle and moisture permeability were 0.027 3 Pa-1,52° and 175.4 g/(m2·h),respectively.The hydrophobic-hydroconductive-hydrophilic nanofiber composites had a quality factor of 0.050 6 Pa-1,a moisture permeability of 227.5 g/(m2·h),a unidirectional transfer index of 1 309 along the hydrophobic layer to the hydrophilic layer,and a unidirectional transfer index of-213 in the opposite direction.The material exhibits excellent air filtration and unidirectional moisture transport properties.关键词
