高温热老化对聚酰亚胺复合材料性能的影响
Effect of High Temperature Thermal Aging on Properties of Polyimide Composites

Abstract
The article investigates the high-temperature thermal aging properties of domestic T800-grade carbon fiber/polyimide composite materials,focusing on the effects of thermal aging on the thermal weight loss,glass transition temperature,carbon fiber/resin interface,and mechanical properties of the composites.The results indicate that domestic T800-grade carbon fiber/polyimide composites exhibit high thermal aging stability and low thermal aging weight loss rate,with the weight loss rate being positively correlated with the specific surface area.The glass transition temperature increases by approximately 20℃after thermal aging.There are no significant changes in the transverse tensile and longitudinal compressive properties.The interlaminar shear strength is relatively sensitive to thermal aging,which may be related to the weakening of the carbon fiber/resin interface during the thermal aging process.The findings of this study can provide guidance for the material selection and performance improvement of domestic T800-grade carbon fiber/polyimide composite materials.关键词
