摘要

Abstract

Polyether sulfone/polyethylenimide(PES/PEI)composite membranes were prepared by immersion precipitation phase transformation process,and the PES/PEI composite membranes were modified by adding nano titanium dioxide(TiO2).The membrane performance evaluation instrument was used to test the anti-fouling performance and pure water flux of the membrane before and after modification,the cup ultrafilter was used to test the rejection performance of the membrane before and after modification,the contact angle measuring instrument was used to test the hydrophilicity of the membrane before and after modification,the morphology and structure changes of the section before and after the membrane modification were observed by scanning electron microscope,and the composition analysis of the composite membrane was carried out by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.The results showed that the optimum mass fraction of nano TiO2 was 0.2%,the flux of modified PES/PEI/TiO2 composite membrane flux was 292.34 L/(m2·h),the pure water flux was 1.40 times that of the unmodified composite membrane,the contact angle decreaseed from 72.5° to 66°,and the flux recovery rate increased from 70.25%to 86.39%.The hydrophilicity and anti-pollution properties of the modified composite membranes are improved.
