CPP膜用PP原料结构特性与物理性能之间关系的研究
Study on Relationship Between Structural Characteristics and Physical Properties of PP Raw Materials for CPP Membrane

Abstract
The initial raw materials have a significant impact on the structure and properties of cast polypropylene(CPP)films.In order to quickly screen suitable raw materials for CPP films,several raw materials with different characteristics were selected as research subjects.CPP films were prepared by the casting process.The microcrystalline structure of the CPP films was characterized using wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD),the tensile modulus of the CPP films was measured using a universal tensile testing machine,and the impact strength of the CPP films was obtained using a thin film impact tester.With the microstructure as the independent variable and the strength properties of the CPP films as the dependent variable,a relationship between the microstructure and macroscopic properties was established to identify the key factors affecting the tensile modulus and impact strength of the CPP films.The results show that the crystallinity of the CPP film is the key factor affecting the tensile modulus,while the grain size is the key factor affecting the impact strength.Sample A4,with higher crystallinity and smaller grain size,can produce CPP films with excellent tensile modulus and impact strength.关键词
