复合益生菌制剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质与血浆生化指标的影响
Effect of compound probiotic preparations on laying performance,egg quality,and plasma biochemical indicators of laying hens

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of compound probiotic preparations on the laying performance,egg quality,and plasma biochemical indicators of laying hens.A total of 3 000 twenty-nine-week-old Jingfen 8 laying hens with similar body weight were randomly divided into three groups,with eight replicates in each group and 125 hens in each replicate.The DZ group was fed the basal diet,while the C1 and C2 groups were fed the experimental diets supplemented with 0.05‰ and 0.05％ compound probiotic preparations,respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 days and the formal trial period was 18 days.The results showed that compared with the DZ group,the laying rate of the C1 group increased by 1.91％,and that of the C2 group increased by 2.72％.The feed-to-egg ratio of both the C1 and C2 groups decreased by 4.91％.The albumen height and eggshell strength of the C1 group increased significantly by 32.75％ and 17.90％(P＜0.05),respectively.The Haugh unit of the C1 and C2 groups increased significantly by 43.88％ and 25.08％(P＜0.05),respectively.The activity of plasma alkaline phosphatase in the C1 group decreased significantly by 42.49％(P＜0.05),and the activity of plasma alanine aminotransferase in the C2 group decreased significantly by 31.87％(P＜0.05).The plasma albumin content of the C1 group was significantly higher than that of the C2 group by 5.01％(P＜0.05).The study shows that the addition of compound probiotic preparations can improve egg quality and plasma biochemical indicators,and the addition of 0.05‰ is more effective.关键词
