摘要

Abstract

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of glucose oxidase(GOD)and bile acid(BA)on the laying performance,egg quality,antioxidant function,immune function,and liver health in Jingfen No.6 laying hens.A total of 4 800 healthy 40-week-old laying hens were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates per group and 200 hens per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the GOD group,BA group,and GB group were supplemented with 50 mg/kg GOD,250 mg/kg BA,and 50 mg/kg GOD+250 mg/kg BA,respectively,based on the basal diet.The trial period was one week and the formal test period was six weeks.The results showed that the feed-to-egg ratio in the GB and BA groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The GB group exhibited significantly higher average egg weight and egg shape index compared to the control group(P<0.05),but significantly lower eggshell strength(P<0.05).The yolk color scores in the other groups were significantly lower than in the GB group(P<0.05).Malondialdehyde content in the BA and GB groups was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05),while glutathione peroxidase activity in the GB group was significantly higher than in the other groups(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin G content in the control group was significantly lower than in the other groups(P<0.05),whereas immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M concentrations in the GB group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The histological structure of liver structure in the GB group was normal without pathological histological changes.Research shows that dietary supplementation with glucose oxidase and bile acid can reduce the feed-to-egg ratio,improve egg quality,enhance antioxidant and immune functions,and maintain liver health in laying hens.
