发酵菜粕替代豆粕对福瑞鲤生长、肌肉营养成分和健康状况的影响
Effect of dietary soybean meal replaced with fermented rapeseed meal on growth,muscle nutritional composition,and health condition of Cyprinus carpio var.'Furui'

Abstract
The experiment aimed to the effect of dietary soybean meal replaced with fermented rapeseed meal on the growth,muscle nutritional composition,and health condition of Cyprinus carpio var.'Furui'.A total of 450 young Cyprinus carpio var.'Furui'with a healthy constitution and an initial body weight of(15.35±1.65)g were randomly divided into five groups with three replicates in each group and 30 fish in each replicate.The fermented rapeseed meal was used to replace the soybean meal in the basic diet in the proportion of 0,25%,50%,75%and 100%to prepare five kinds of equal nitrogen and equal energy experimental diets,which were recorded as control group,FRSM 25 group,FRSM 50 group,FRSM 75 group and FRSM 100 group respectively.The test period was eight weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight,weight gain rate,specific growth rate,and condition factor of the carp in the FRSM25 group were significantly increased(P<0.05)while the feed conversion rate was decreased(P>0.05).The concentrations of cystine and arginine in the muscle of carp in each substitution group showed a downward trend with the increase of the substitution ratio of fermented rapeseed meal,but increased slightly after the fermented rapeseed meal completely replaced soybean meal.The histological results showed that when the replacement ratio exceeds 50%,massive vacoules in the hepatopancreas and villi autolysis in the anterior intestines of the carp were observed,while no obvious hepatopancreatic and intestinal damages occurred in the FRSM25 group.The study shows that the replacing rate of dietary soybean meal with fermented rapeseed meal in Cyprinus carpio var.'Furui'diet should not exceed 50%,and the effect is best when the proportion is 25%.关键词
