复合添加剂对大黄鱼幼鱼生长、免疫和肠道形态的影响
Effects of compound additives on growth,immunity,and intestinal morphology in Larimichthys crocea juveniles

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with fructooligosaccharides(FOS),Bacillus pumilus SE5(SE5),and tributyrin(Tb)on the growth performance,immune function,and intestinal morphology in Larimichthys crocea juveniles.A total of 4 500 fish were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates per group and 500 fish per replicate.The control group(T1 group)was fed a basal diet,while the T2 and T3 groups were supplemented with 0.087% SE5+0.1% Tb+0.1% FOS and 0.087% SE5+0.1% Tb+0.2% FOS,respectively,based on the T1 group diet.The trial lasted 42 days.Results showed that compared to T1 group,the compound additives groups exhibited significantly increased final weight,weight gain rate,and specific growth rate(P<0.05).Intestinal protease activity was significantly higher in the compound additives groups than in T1 group(P<0.05),and intestinal lipase activity was significantly elevated in the T3 group(P<0.05).Compared to T1 group,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lysozyme(LZM)activities were significantly higher in the T3 group(P<0.05),serum acid phosphatase(ACP)activity was significantly increased in T2 group(P<0.05),and serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity was significantly enhanced in T2 and T3 groups(P<0.05).Additionally,supplementation with compound additives markedly improved intestinal villus height,number,and muscular layer thickness in Larimichthys crocea.The study shows that compound additives enhance growth performance,immune capacity,and intestinal morphology in Larimichthys crocea juveniles,with the optimal formulation being 0.087% SE5+0.1% Tb+0.2% FOS.关键词
