基于MaxEnt模型的湖南莽山国家级自然保护区藏酋猴生境栖息地评价
Evaluation of Habitat Suitability for Macaca thibetana in Hunan Mangshan National Nature Reserve Based on MaxEnt Model

Abstract
The Tibetan macaque(Macaca thibetana)is endemic to China and is classified as a national gradeⅡ key protected wild animal.According to the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species,it is listed as near threatened.In order to understand the survival of Tibetan macaques in Hunan Mangshan National Nature Reserve and offer practical guidance for future conservation work,habitat suitability research and evaluation for Tibetan macaques within the reserve were conducted.From January 2020 to September 2023,69 infrared cameras were deployed throughout the reserve.Camera trapping recorded 37 valid Tibetan macaque occur-rence points.Based on this data,the habitat suitability of Tibetan macaques within the reserve was analyzed using the maximum entropy(MaxEnt)model,and their potential suitable habitats were predicted.The results showed that the average area under the curve(AUC)value of the model's receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve over 10 replicate runs was 0.930,indicating excellent prediction accuracy.Distance to rivers(disriver_ms),isothermality(bio3),distance to bamboo forest(disbamf_ms),altitude(altitude_ms),distance to roads(disroad_ms),and mean temperature of driest quarter(bio9)were identified as the main environmental variables influencing the distribution of suitable habitats.The macaques exhibited a habitat selection prefe-rence for bamboo forests near rivers at elevations of 644~910 m and 1 094~1 750 m.The total area of suita-ble habitats for Tibetan macaques within the reserve was 105.114 9 km2,accounting for 53%of the total study area,and the area of unsuitable habitats was 93.215 1 km2,accounting for 47%.The suitable habitats were mainly distributed in regions such as Pingkeng,Hongqiqiao,Shibazhixian,Xiangsikeng,Zhukeng,Nan-menzhuang,and Zeziping.关键词
