项目式学习是培养学习能力和提高技能的重要学习方式,其因能有效提升学生的综合素养,被广泛应用于大中小学的课堂教学.为了探索项目式学习在高校师范生生物科学类课程中的应用效果,以生物学教学设计与案例分析课程为例,构建了基于项目式学习的线上线下混合式教学模式,进行了一学期的教学实践,并利用自主开发的《生物学课堂教学评分量表》《职前教师PCK水平测评量表》《职前教师深度学习水平测评量表》等测量工具,对108位接受该教学模式的师范生进行了测量.结果显示:前期、中期、后期师范生的教师技能得分依次增加;与前期相比,课程实施后师范生的学科教学知识(pedagogical content knowledge,PCK)整体水平和深度学习能力均得到显著提升.

Project-based learning(PBL),as a pivotal approach to fostering students' learning capabilities and enhancing their skills,is widely adopted in primary and secondary schools and universities due to its efficacy in bolstering comprehensive literacy.Using the course biology teaching design and case analysis as a case study,an online and offline blended teaching mode based on PBL was proposed.To assess its impact on bioscience courses in higher education settings,various assessment tools were developed,including the Bio-logy Classroom Teaching Rating Scale,Pre-service Teacher PCK Level Assessment Scale and Pre-service Teacher Deep Learning Level Assessment Scale.These tools were subsequently employed to evaluate a total of 108 pre-service teachers who underwent the teaching mode implementation.The results revealed a progres-sive increase in teaching skill scores among the pre-service teachers across the initial,intermediate and fi-nal stages.Both the overall pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)levels of the pre-service teachers and their deep learning abilities were significantly improved at the later stages when compared with the initial stage.
