基于InVEST模型的九寨沟土壤侵蚀及产沙的驱动因素研究
Driving factors of soil erosion and sediment yield in Jiuzhaigou based on InVEST model

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the characteristics and driving factors of soil erosion and sediment yield variations in Jiuzhaigou before and after earthquakes,providing theoretical support for protecting its characteristic lake landscapes and guiding post-disaster ecological restoration efforts in the scenic area.[Methods]Using the InVEST model and geodetector,this study analyzed the spatial distribution patterns and driving factors of soil erosion and sediment yield in Jiuzhaigou across three periods:pre-earthquake(2014),post-earthquake(2018),and post-restoration(2022).[Results](1)The average soil erosion modulus in river basins was 152.72,483.86,and 375.81 t/km2 in 2014,2018,and 2022,respectively,and the average sediment yield per unit area was 17.36,65.18,and 56.07 t/km2.Pre-earthquake soil erosion intensity in river basins was predominantly slight,with localized severe erosion.After the earthquake,the intensity escalated to moderate levels,with no significant decline after ecological rehabilitation.Areas with high sediment yield coincided spatially with severe erosion areas.(2)Major sediment sources were from high-altitude areas with low vegetation coverage and steep slopes.Significant differences were observed in different land use types,particularly in areas with vegetation coverage below 30%.These areas contributed 50.7%,77.9%,and 80.7%of total sediment yield in the pre-earthquake,post-earthquake,and post-restoration periods,respectively.(3)Vegetation coverage was the dominant factor influencing spatial heterogeneity of sediment yield,followed by altitude and precipitation.The interaction effects between factors exhibited greater explanatory power than individual factors,indicating that sediment yield was influenced by multi-factor synergistic effects.[Conclusion]The soil erosion modulus and sediment yield in Jiuzhaigou increase substantially after the earthquake.They show slight declines after restoration,but remain higher than pre-earthquake levels.Vegetation coverage plays a dominant role in controlling soil erosion and sediment yield in Jiuzhaigou.关键词
