恶性淋巴瘤术后化疗病人健康行为潜在剖面分析及其影响因素
Latent profile analysis and influencing factors of health behaviors in postoperative chemotherapy patients with malignant lymphoma

Abstract
Objective:To understand latent profile of health behaviors in postoperative chemotherapy patients with malignant lymphoma and to analyze the influencing factors of different latent profile of health behaviors.Methods:A total of 167 postoperative chemotherapy patients with malignant lymphoma admitted to Jiangsu Province People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects from February 2022 to November 2023.The patients were investigated through a general information questionnaire,the health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ),and the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF).Latent profile analysis was used to explore health behavior characteristics of patients.And decision tree model was applied to analyze influencing factors of health behaviors.Results:The HPLP-Ⅱscore of the postoperative chemotherapy patients with malignant lymphoma was(138.46±21.52).And 2 latent profiles were classified,namely moderate health behavior group(30.5%)and good health behavior group(69.5%).Gender,age,education level,monthly household income per capita,health literacy,and fear of disease progression were significant influencing factors of health behaviors.The fear of disease progression showed the highest information gain(0.35).Conclusions:The health behaviors in postoperative chemotherapy patients with malignant lymphoma could be classified into 2 latent profiles.It had clear differentiating characteristics.It is recommended that medical staff develop and implement targeted interventions based on health behaviors characteristics of postoperative chemotherapy patients with malignant lymphoma,so as to improve their health behavior level.关键词
