护理实习生心理弹性与转型冲击的网络分析
Network analysis of psychological resilience and transition shock among nursing interns

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of psychological resilience and transition shock among nursing interns,to construct a network model,to identify core issues within the network,and to explore relationships between variables.Methods:A total of 972 nursing interns in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected as participants from December 2023 to August 2024 by quota sampling.Data were collected by using a general information questionnaire,10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC-10),and Transition Shock Scale for Undergraduate Nursing Students(UNSTS).Network analysis was adopted to examine the correlation between psychological resilience and transition shock among nursing interns.Centrality and bridge centrality indicators were identified.Results:The network structure revealed 19 significant edges between psychological resilience and transition shock.Network analysis showed that"think clearly"in the psychological resilience cluster and"excessive internship workload"in the transition shock cluster among nursing interns had a strong expected influence."Excessive internship workload"emerged as a key bridge expected influence in the network.Conclusions:The"think clearly"and"excessive internship workload"may serve as shared intervention targets for improving psychological resilience and transition shock among nursing interns.Educators and hospital administrators could implement targeted interventions based on centrality and bridge centrality indicators to effectively enhance psychological resilience and reduce the impact of transition shock among nursing interns.关键词
