Abstract
Objective:To construct a cross-sectional symptom network of patients with acute leukemia during chemotherapy,and to identify the strength of symptom relationships and core symptoms.Methods:A total of 520 patients with acute leukemia from a tertiary grade A hospital in Linyi city were selected as research subjects from July 2023 to April 2024.The survey was conducted by a patient general information survey questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale.Results:The top 3 most frequent symptoms were alopecia(440 cases,84.62%),fatigue/weakness(435 cases,83.65%),and loss of appetite(400 cases,76.92%).There was strong positive correlation between nausea/vomiting,and sadness/worry.Sadness exhibited the highest expected influence,with expected influence coefficient of 1.09.Conclusions:Sadness was the core symptom in patients with acute leukemia during chemotherapy.Timely psychological state assessment and psychological interventions contributed to reducing both the incidence of multiple symptoms and patients' overall disease burden.关键词
