中医外治法治疗单纯性肥胖效果的网状Meta分析
Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine external therapies for simple obesity:a network Meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine external therapies for simple obesity by network Meta-analysis.Methods:CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,SinoMed,Web of Science,PubMed and the Cochrane Library were searched by computer to screen randomized controlled trials on traditional Chinese medicine external therapies for simple obesity.And retrieval time from database establishment to January 12,2024.Two researchers independently screened literature and extracted the data.Stata MP 17 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:A total of 85 pieces of literature were included,involving 4 types of Traditional Chinese Medicine external therapies.The results of network Meta-analysis showed that acupoint embedding,massage,electroacupuncture,and acupuncture were all more effective than conventional treatment in terms of effectiveness.Acupoint embedding,electroacupuncture,and acupuncture were all superior to conventional treatment in terms of reducing waist circumference.Electroacupuncture,acupoint embedding,and acupuncture were superior to conventional treatment in terms of reducing body weight.Acupoint embedding and electroacupuncture were superior to conventional treatment in terms of reducing body mass index.Conclusions:The traditional Chinese medicine external therapies had unique advantages in the treatment of simple obesity.Acupoint embedding and electroacupuncture had better effect.关键词
