不同钝性分离扩皮法在PICC置管中应用效果的网状Meta分析
Application effects of different blunt separation in PICC:a network Meta-analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of different blunt separation in peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)by a network meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on PICC insertion using the blunt separation were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library,retrieval time from database establishment to September 1,2023.RevMan 5.4 was used for literature quality evaluation.And Stata 17.0 was used for network meta-analysis.Results:A total of 18 literature sources were included,involving 7 kinds of blunt separation.The results of the network Meta-analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences(all P<0.05)in terms of bleeding volume at 24 hours post-catheterization and puncture site leakage between the blind puncture needle sheath and the catheter sheath assembly for skin dilation,and the insertion sheath inner sheath expansion compared to conventional blade expansion methods.Conclusions:Blunt separation showed certain advantages over conventional blade expansion methods in PICC insertion.However,the optimal blunt separation required further validation through clinical trials.关键词
