基于Kano模型的镇江市老年人智慧养老服务需求及其影响因素
Research on the demand and influencing factors of smart elderly care services for the elderly in Zhenjiang city based on Kano model

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the attributes and prioritize the demand for smart elderly care services in Zhenjiang city.To explore its influencing factors,so as to satisfy the"targeted precision"of the elderly demand for elderly services.To provide a basis for the research related to smart elderly care services.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select 498 elderly people in Zhenjiang city as survey respondents.A questionnaire on the demand for smart aging services based on the Kano model was designed.Results:Among the 22 smart senior care service demands,5 were must-have demands,4 were expectation demands,3 were charm demands,and 10 were undifferentiated demands.According to the matrix diagram,5 services were located in the first quadrant,4 services were located in the second quadrant,9 services were located in the third quadrant,and 4 services were located in the fourth quadrant.The multiple linear stepwise regression results showed that the main factors affecting the demand for smart elderly care services in the four categories included age,physical condition,number of children,education level,career,monthly income,residence status,number of chronic diseases,preferred way of elderly care,knowledge of smart elderly care services,channels of knowledge,and aspects valued in the choice.Conclusions:The overall demand for smart elderly care services is characterized by"dependence"rather than"anticipation".The four types of service demands showed variablity and dynamics.Life care service is the basic guarantee.Medical and health service is the most important.Safety monitoring service is the important supplement.Spiritual comfort service is the icing on the cake.One should ensure that the services are accurately aligned with the actual needs,highlight the key areas,a combine the must-have demands>expectation demands>charm demands>undifferentiated demands priority strategy to optimize the allocation of resources.To improve the quality and efficiency of smart elderly care services.To meet the diversified needs of the elderly,and to promote the healthy development of the elderly care services.关键词
