Abstract
Objective:To summarize the best evidences for traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with diabetic gastroparesis,so as to provid a reference for clinical nursing.Methods:According to the"6S"model system,relevant researches were retrieved from computer decision support systems,guide websites,professional association websites,evidence-based databases,and comprehensive databases.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to May 30,2024.Literature quality assessment and evidence extraction,summarization,and grading were performed independently by 2-4 researchers.Results:A total of 17 studies were included,including 2 clinical decisions,4 guidelines,2 expert consensuses,5 systematic reviews,and 4 RCTs,and 27 pieces of evidence were summarized from 6 aspects,including auricular pressure,acupoint massage,acupoint application,moxibustion,hot package,and adjustment nursing.Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine nursing was safe and effective for patients with diabetic gastroparesis.Medical staff should carefully and normatively apply evidences in combination with the patient's personal characteristics.关键词
