摘要

Abstract

Neurobiology is a fundamental course in postgraduate medical education,and the majority of cases in traditional teaching are about neurological diseases.To enhance clinical relevance and cultivate comprehensive abilities in postgraduates,the authors intro-duced a typical psychiatric case—bipolar disorder—into teaching and adopted diverse teaching methods of lecture method,case-based learning,and problem-based learning,so that the students can better understand the key mechanisms in neurobiology as well as im-prove their interest in learning and clinical thinking skills.The authors adopted a combination of questionnaire survey and multidimen-sional assessment to evaluate the teaching effect and gain a comprehensive understanding of students' learning experience and their mastery of knowledge.The results indicate that the introduction of bipolar disorder cases can enrich teaching content and integrate foun-dational neurobiology with clinical psychiatry,demonstrating potential as a paradigm of"integrated teaching"for wider application in postgraduate medical education.The authors also analyze the problems encountered during the teaching process and propose suggestions for improvement.
