以科研创新能力为导向的研究生免疫学实验教学实践
Research and innovation ability-oriented teaching reform in the experimental course of immunology for postgraduates

Abstract
"Comprehensive experimental techniques(immunology)"is an experimental course designed for postgraduates,and it is also a complementary course for the theoretical course of"immunology fundamentals and advances".In traditional teaching,there are problems of outdated teaching content,passive learning,and lack of close link to the theoretical content.The authors conducted a sys-tematic teaching reform and integrated the experimental course with the theoretical teaching of"immunology fundamentals and ad-vances",aiming to cultivate outstanding talents of medical immunology with innovative ability and international vision.The authors constructed a multi-level modular experimental teaching system and focused on two core research areas of autoimmune diseases and tumor immunity.They also designed various activities:construction of animal models,isolation and detection of immune cells,obser-vation of immune cell localization,and detection of immune molecule expression.In order to increase the students' initiative and par-ticipation,teachers adopted various teaching methods of classroom discussion,practical operation,and mutual assistance among students,achieving the transformation from teaching-centeredness to learning-centeredness.In addition,the overall design of teaching content,diversified teaching methods,and scientific assessment all contributed to the enhancement of learning interest and learning outcomes.A questionnaire survey was conducted and the results showed that 100％of students were satisfied with the course.Students reported that this course significantly enhanced their interest in immunology,deepened their understanding of theoretical knowledge,and improved their experimental operation ability and scientific research literacy.关键词
