细胞生物学实验基于细胞凋亡检测的教学设计
Instructional design for cell biology experiment based on apoptosis detection
摘要
Abstract
Within the experimental teaching system,the synergic improvement of autonomous learning ability,innovative thinking,and ideological-political literacy in undergraduate students has emerged as a core requirement for the enhancement of talent cultivation quality of higher education in the new era.The authors constructed a four-stage teaching model encompassing cognitive stimulation,knowledge deconstruction,skill training,and values guidance in the experimental teaching of"detection of apoptosis with flow cytome-try".The authors adopted systematic design strategies:creating problem situations with public health cases,analyzing the technical principles with mind mapping,constructing the experimental operation system,and integrating ideological and political education ele-ments.This teaching design aims to achieve two-way promotion of theoretical cognition and practical ability,providing a feasible path to the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents.关键词
