增压式脉冲水射流破岩效果评价方法及规律分析
Evaluation method and analysis of rock breaking effect of pressurized pulsed water jet

Abstract
Water jet can be used for hard rock breaking,but its effect is difficult to be accurately characterized.In this stud-y,a pressurized pulsed water jet testing set-up was developed to conduct granite crushing experiments,and a macro charac-terization method was proposed to evaluate the jet rock breaking effect using a Poisson disk sampling technique.3D scanning was carried out on the granite specimen after hedge erosion to obtain the point cloud data of the erosion pits,and then the point cloud data were reconstructed through the Poisson disk sampling technique.The fitted surface depth value was taken as the macro characterization parameter,and the influence of jet pressure and target distance on rock breaking effect was ana-lyzed.The effect of jet pressure and target distance on vertical rock breaking at fixed points by pressurized pulsed jet under non-submerged condition was analyzed,and the effect of rock breaking energy parameters under jet pressure-frequency cou-pling was revealed.The results show that the 3D scanning technique can achieve accurate and quantitative characterization of the rock breaking effect on a macroscopic scale,and the Poisson disk sampling method can solve the problem of large discret-ization of the macroscopic characterization results.The jet pressure and the reciprocating frequency of the piston have a cou-pling effect,with the increase of the total input pressure,the jet pressure and the reciprocating frequency of the piston in-crease simultaneously,and the high frequency impact of the high pressure pulse jet can result in a jump increase of the jet rock breaking parameters.The method proposed in this study is not only applicable to pressurized pulsed water jets,but can also be extended to other jet applications,facilitating accurate analysis of the impact of jet parameters on rock breaking and their further optimization.关键词
