从"传授者"到"架构师":教育强国背景下中小学体育教师角色转型研究
From"Instructors"to"Architects":Role Transition of Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools from the Perspective of Building an Education Power
摘要
Abstract
With the implementation of China's education power strategy in the new era,the role transition of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools has become a crucial objective for building a high-quality education system.Employing the methods of literature review,logical analysis and field investigation,through policy impetus,goal reorientation,professional capacity building and value guidance,this study elucidates the intrinsic logic of the role transition of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools from sports skills"instructors"to full-developed"architects".It identifies four structural contradictions hindering this transition:institutional inertia,conceptual constraints,capability gaps,and value marginalization.Accordingly,practical pathways are proposed to enhance the joint establishment of"evaluation systems"and"collaborative networks",to promote paradigm restructuring of"skill instruction"and"holistic education",to deepen synergistic development of"interdisciplinary integration"and"digital empowerment";and to accelerate mutual integration of"school recognition"and"social recognition".关键词
