Sports and Health Governance Innovation Under Demands for High-Quality Development of Population
摘要
Abstract
High-quality development of population serves as the core pillar of Chinese modernization,while the health of all people constitutes a fundamental element for sustainable economic growth and long-term social stability.This study employs research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to elucidate the logical relationship between sports and health governance and high-quality development of population from both historical and contemporary perspectives.Based on the developmental demands of high-quality population,it analyzes the challenges sports and health governance is faced with:traditional disease prevention and control approaches are inadequate for achieving governance goals of high-quality population;delayed integration of sports and health hinders cross-departmental synergistic effects;and the public still lacks sufficient consensus on sports and health governance.Accordingly,the causes of sports and health governance issues can be summarized as follows:traditional disease prevention and control impedes the development of proactive health governance;"field limitation"hinders cross-departmental collaborative health governance;and conventional perception of"physical exercise"obscures the consensus on comprehensive health promotion.To achieve the development goal of sports and health services serving high-quality population,the following implementation pathways are proposed:exploring proactive health concepts to comprehensively establish sports and health governance approaches;advancing collaborative health to promote coordinated co-governance within a framework of state-public governance;and fostering comprehensive health to implement governance activities of sports promoting public health.关键词
