Generative Logic and Practical Approaches of Equalization of Public Sports Services to Promote Common Prosperity
摘要
Abstract
China has made remarkable achievements in the construction of an equalization system of public sports services,laying the foundation for promoting common prosperity for all.Based on the analysis of the basic connotations of common prosperity and equalization of public sports services,this study uses literature review,case analysis and logical analysis to explore the generation logic,practical difficulties and practical approaches of equalization of public sports services to promote common prosperity,aiming to accelerate the implementation of equalization of public sports services and promote the realization of common prosperity.The study believes that the generative logic of equalization of public sports services to promote common prosperity is highly consistent with the value orientation and institutional level:adhering to the people-oriented position to promote the common prosperity of material and spiritual civilization;optimizing resource allocation to promote urban-rural coordination and regional balanced development;stimulating the vitality of social subjects to build a diversified collaborative governance system;and using the rule of law as a guarantee to promote the standardization and long-term effectiveness of the service system.In view of the current reality of lagging demand feedback mechanism of public sports service,single supply structure of grassroots sports facilities,regional imbalance of digital empowerment services,and insufficient coordination between laws and regulations and standards systems,this paper proposes practical approaches:building a dynamic response mechanism for service demand to accurately adapt to the diverse needs of the masses;optimizing the design of grassroots facility supply structure to effectively promote the equal development of public sports services in multiple scenarios;promoting the balanced development of digital empowerment services to fully integrate the sharing and utilization of urban and rural resources;and strengthening the coordinated construction of laws and regulations and standards systems to comprehensively improve the efficiency of service implementation.关键词
