自拟凉血滋阴汤治疗难治性阴虚火旺型血小板减少症的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Refractory Thrombocytopenia with Yin Deficiency with Hyperactivity of Fire Type by Self-Formulated Cooling Blood and Nourishing Yin Decoction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of self-formulated cooling blood and nourishing Yin decoction combined with herombopag olamine tablets in treating refractory Yin deficiency with hyperactivity of fire type thrombocytopenia.Methods Sixty hospitalized patients with refractory thrombocytopenia with Yin deficiency with hyperactivity of fire type treated in the hematology and oncology department of Fengcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a western medicine group and a combination group of Chinese and Western medicine,according to a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Western medicine group used herombopag olamine tablets.The combination group of Chinese and Western medicine added self-formulated cooling blood and nourishing Yin decoction on the basis of western medicine group.Both groups observed the efficacy after 12 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,the combination group of Chinese and Western medicine were significantly better than the Western medicine group in terms of clinical efficacy,platelet count and bleeding score assessment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The synergistic effect of self-formulated cooling blood and nourishing Yin decoction and herombopag olamine tablets is enhanced,which improves the long-term effective rate of patients,reduces their clinical symptoms,and greatly facilitates the rehabilitation of patients with refractory thrombocytopenia with Yin deficiency with hyperactivity of fire type.关键词
