中西医结合防治肺癌的研究进展
Research Progress on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer is considered a malignant disease originating from the bronchial mucosa or alveolar wall.It is charac-terized by uncontrolled cellular proliferation and gradual tumor formation.Its global morbidity and mortality remain high,which greatly threaten human life and health.Although there is no specific disease name for it in traditional Chinese medicine,lung cancer can be classified into"Xiben""Feiji""Feiyan""Feiyong"and other categories according to its clinical manifestations.In recent years,the use of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for lung cancer treatment has become a new research hotspot.This paper summarizes the latest research progress in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treat-ment of lung cancer.It systematically reviews the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis in western medicine,the etiology and patho-genesis in traditional Chinese medicine,characteristic traditional Chinese medicine therapies after surgery,and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and targeted therapy,aiming to explore and recommend more per-sonalized and efficient treatments for lung cancer patients.At the same time,this article also summarizes and reviews the advanced technical means used in current early lung cancer screening,in order to improve the early detection rate of lung cancer and there-by enhance patient prognosis and quality of life.关键词
