基于"通降理论"治疗难治性反流性食管炎
Treating Refractory Esophagitis Based on the Descending Theory
摘要
Abstract
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a condition in which the contents of the stomach and duodenum flow back into the esophagus,causing symptoms such as heartburn and acid reflux.Esophagitis is the most common type of GERD.Western medical treatment for this type of disease has some disadvantages,such as poor effectiveness in some patients,long treat-ment duration,and repeated effectiveness.Traditional Chinese medicine has its advantages.Professor Hao Haorong combined the experience of predecessors and her own clinical practice and believed that the main pathogenesis of reflux esophagitis was"dishar-mony between liver and spleen,and upward flow of stomach qi."Based on the"descending theory,"she used the"regulate the stomach and smooth the intestines"and"regulate the liver and support the spleen"methods.The core of the"descending theo-ry"is that physiologically,importance is attached to the stomach's role in descending and the interrelationship between the inter-nal organs and blood;pathologically,attention is paid to the impact of the stomach's failure to descend and descend on digestive system diseases,especially the importance of using methods to unblock the flow of qi and improve mood in treating the disease.This approach focuses on the whole body,nourishes qi and blood,balances cold and heat,promotes the restoration of digestive sys-tem function,not only alleviates the symptoms of reflux,but also improves digestion and absorption,improves diet,regulates the mind and body,and improves the patients' quality of life.Now I will share Ms.Hao's experience.关键词
