Treatment of Primary Hypothyroidism Based on the Principle of"Spleen as Its Agent,Stomach as Its Market"and the Theory of"Essence Qi"
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theoretical connotation of"the spleen is the enabler and the stomach is the market"and the"doc-trine of vital energy"of traditional Chinese medicine,it explains the relationship between neutral energy and vital energy in the development of primary hypothyroidism.It is believed that the loss of the spleen's envoy and the loss of the stomach's city leads to the deficiency of the middle qi and the loss of the vital qi is the key pathogenesis of the disease.The loss of the spleen and stom-ach to"make the city",the loss of the center of the middle jiao,and the dysfunction of the vital energy and qi are the important conditions for the evolution of the disease.The method of tonifying the middle and cultivating the vital energy is proposed as the therapeutic principle for treating this disease,emphasizing that tonifying the middle energy should be carried out throughout the whole process,and at the same time focusing on regulating the spleen and the stomach in order to smooth out the qi mechanism.关键词
