中西医治疗卵巢储备功能减退的研究进展
Research Progress of Chinese and Western Medical Treatment of Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Abstract
Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)is a common reproductive endocrine disease in women of childbearing age,which manifests itself as a decline in ovarian function,which in turn leads to reduced fertility.This article systematically reviews the progress of Chinese and western medicine treatment of DOR.In Western medicine,the main treatments include hormone re-placement therapy,ovulation induction therapy,and assisted reproductive technology,while in recent years,emerging drugs such as dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)and coenzyme Q10 have also shown potential for improving ovarian function.According to Chinese medicine,the pathogenesis of DOR is mainly related to kidney deficiency,and treatment is based on tonifying the kidney,supplemented by methods such as detoxifying the liver,strengthening the spleen,and activating blood circulation.Combined Chi-nese and Western medicine treatments show multiple advantages in optimizing ovarian function,improving embryo quality and im-proving pregnancy outcomes,providing a more comprehensive treatment strategy and clinical guidance for patients with DOR.关键词
