中医药治疗高尿酸血症作用机制的研究进展
Research Progress on the Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Hyperuricemia
摘要
Abstract
Hyperuricemia(HUA)is a common chronic metabolic disease.In recent years,the incidence of hyperuricemia in China has continued to increase.Although the symptomatic treatment with chemical drugs in western medicine is effective,the ad-verse reactions are obvious.With the deepening of traditional Chinese medicine research,it has been found that traditional Chi-nese medicine has a good effect on HUA and protects target organs.This article will focus on the causes of hyperuricemia and the damage of hyperuricemia to the body,and summarize the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperuricemia from five aspects:inhibition of uric acid production,promotion of uric acid metabolism,anti-inflammatory reac-tion,anti-oxidative stress and comprehensive effects,so as to provide reference for future clinical treatment.关键词
