中医导引术五禽戏干预痹证的研究进展
Research Progress on the Intervention of Paralysis by the Chinese Medicine Guiding Technique Five Animal Frolics

Abstract
Paralysis is a common orthopaedic disorder whose main clinical manifestations include pain,numbness and heavi-ness in muscles,tendons and joints,as well as unfavourable flexion and extension,and in severe cases,joint swelling and bur-ning sensation may even occur.In modern medicine,cervical spondylosis(CS),scapulohumeral periarthritis(SP)and lumbar disc herniation(LDH)can be categorised as what is known as 'paralysis' in Chinese medicine.'paralysis' in Chinese medi-cine.Among the non-pharmacological treatments for paralysis,Chinese medicine guided therapy is widely welcomed by patients because of its simplicity,ease of use,and remarkable therapeutic effect.At present,there are many Chinese medicine guiding therapies clinically applied to the prevention and treatment of paralysis,the most common of which are 'Five Animal Frolics',Taijiquan,'Eight Duan Brocade' and 'Yi Jin Jing'.In this paper,we mainly review the research progress of Five Animal Frol-ics in the intervention of paralysis from three aspects:theoretical research,mechanism research and clinical application of Five Animal Frolics in the intervention of paralysis.关键词
