基于文献计量学的慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医药研究可视化分析
A Bibliometric Analysis and Scientific Knowledge Map Study of the Current Status and Development Trend of COPD

Abstract
Objective To conduct an in-depth study on the hot topics and latest progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),providing a reference for relevant researchers.Methods Based on CiteSpace,a deep analysis of professional literature that meets the criteria of this study was conducted on China National Knowl-edge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP,and PubMed databases.Annual publication volume,source journals,keywords,authors,and publishing institutions were analyzed and visualized.Results A total of 5932 Chinese arti-cles and 50 English articles were included,with a total of 695 Chinese and English keywords.The core team includes Professor Li Zegeng,Professor Li Jiansheng and their teams.The research hotspots mainly focus on evaluation indicators such as lung function,staging of COPD,traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,clinical research,animal experiments,etc.Conclusion It is recom-mended to strengthen team collaboration,promote the establishment of animal model evaluation criteria and COPD staging diagno-sis and treatment criteria,deepen the research on pathological mechanisms,classical formulas and pulmonary rehabilitation thera-py,and use data mining and other technical means to deeply explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes in clinical research,disease staging and comorbidities,so as to formulate accurate and efficient treatment plans.关键词
