冬虫夏草(繁育品)对2,4-二硝基氯苯诱导小鼠特应性皮炎的作用研究
Exploring the effect of cultured Cordyceps sinensis on 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-induced atopic dermatitis in mice

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of cultured Cordyceps sinensis on 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB)-induced atopic dermatitis in mice.Methods A DNCB-induced mice atopic dermatitis model was established.Cultured Cordyceps sinensis was admin-istered orally starting from D7,once a day for 21 consecutive days.EASI scoring was used to evaluate the skin lesions.The number of scratches within 10 minutes was recorded.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of the dorsal skin and ears.Toluid-ine blue staining(TBS)was used to observe the mast cell infiltration of ears.Results Compared with the model group,cultured Cordyceps sinensis significantly reduced the frequency of scratching,EASI and edema scores of dorsal skin,EASI score of ears,edema,scale,erythema,sphenoidal thickness,and mast cell count of ears in mice.Scale score of ears was significantly reduced in the high-dose of large cultured Cordyceps sinensis group compared with the low-dose of large cultured Cordyceps sinensis group.Compared with the low-dose of small cultured Cordyceps sinensis group,the edema score of dorsal skin was significantly reduced in the low-dose of large cultured Cordyceps sinensis group.Compared with the high-dose of small cultured Cordyceps sinensis group,the EASI and edema scores of dorsal skin,and EASI score of ears were significantly decreased in the high-dose group of large cultured Cordyceps sinensis.Conclusion Cultured Cordyceps sinensis dose-dependently ameliorated DNCB-induced atopic dermatitis in mice,and the therapeutic effect of large cultured Cordyceps sinensis was stronger than that of small Cordyceps sinensis.关键词
