基于HPLC指纹图谱特征探讨五苓散"桂""术"用药组方差异
Study on the formulation variance of"Guizhi or Rougui"and"Baizhu or Chaobaizhu"in Wuling Powder(五苓散)based on the HPLC fingerprint characteristics

Abstract
Objective A comparative study was conducted on different combinations of Gui(Guizhi/Cinnamomi Ramulus or Rougui/CinnamomiCortex)and Zhu(Baizhu/Atractylodis Rhizoma or Chaobaizhu/prepared Atractylodis Rhizoma)in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound Wuling Powder(五苓散,WLP)by the HPLC fingerprint characteristics.Methods The single herbs of WLP were re-grouped,and the fingerprints of each single herb,combined herbs and the compound formula were determined by HPLC,and analyzed and compared by using methods of total statistical moment similarity.Results The total imprint contribution of the peaks were lower than 100％for the single herbs and the compound formula;the total imprint contribution of AUCT and ΔSIQ were lower than 100％for the single herbs,the combined ingredients and the compound formulas containing Rougui and Baizhu,but higher than 100％for the rest of them;there was no significant difference in the total imprint contribution of the single herbs,the combined ingredientsand the compound formulas with respect to the ΔSIE.The results of the similarity analysis showed that the four compound formulas combined with WLP were warm by nature;the compound formula containing Guizhi-Baizhu and the compound formula containing Guizhi-Chaobaizhu were mainly pungent in flavor.The compound formula containing Rougui-Baizhu and the compound formula containing Rougui-Cha-obaizhu were mainly bland and bitter in flavor.The formula containing Rougui-Chaibaizhu mainly enters the bladder,spleen and kidney meridians,while the formula containing Guizhi-Chaobaizhu mainly enters the bladder,heart and lung meridians.Conclusion The HPLC fingerprints of WLP with different combinations of Guizhi or Rougui and Baizhu or Chaobaizhu differ from each other,and the com-pound formulas with Rougui and Chaobaizhu are warm by nature,bland and bitter in flavor,and enters the bladder,spleen and kidney meridians,which is more compatible with the clinical symptoms of WLP itself.关键词
