基于"心-肾-冲任-胞宫"生殖轴的针药联合对早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效研究
Clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine based on the heart-kidney-Chong Ren-uterus reproductive axis for premature ovarian insufficiency

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yangchao Tiaochong Decoction(养巢调冲汤,YCTCD)combined with acu-puncture based on the heart-Kidney-Chong Ren-uterus reproductive axis in patients with premature ovarian insufficiency(POI).Methods A total of 135 POI patients were randomly assigned to three groups using a random number table:the decoction group(D group),the acupuncture group(A group),and the acupuncture+decoction group(AD group),with 45 patients in each.The three groups were treated with YCTCD,acupuncture,and acupuncture combined with YCTCD respectively.Each treatment course lasted 4 weeks,and all groups received three consecutive courses.Clinical symptom scores were compared before and after treatment.Serum sex hormone levels,antral follicle count(AFC),and changes in uterine artery blood flow parameters were measured.Results Compared with pre-treatment values,all groups showed significant reductions in menstrual scores,syndrome scores,serum LH,FSH levels,PI,and RI(P<0.05)and significant increases in serum E2,AMH levels,and AFC(P<0.05).AD group showed superior improvement than D group and A group in all indices(P<0.05).The total effective rate of AD group was 90.47%,significantly higher than 75.61%in D group and 74.42%in A group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the heart-kidney-Chong Ren-uterus reproductive axis,both YCTCD and acupuncture can effectively improve the ovarian function in POI patients,while the combined therapy of YCTCD and ac-upuncture exhibit better clinical effect.关键词
