任务特征对视频用户学习型搜索交互的影响研究
Influence of Task Characteristics on Learning-Oriented Search Interaction of Video Users

Abstract
This study aims to explore how two task characteristics—task type and task complexity—affect the interaction behaviors and effects of video users in learning-oriented search contexts.Using a comprehensive approach combining experimental methods,questionnaires,and interviews,the research employs bilibili as the test platform.Screen recordings are used to collect search behavior data from 32 participants during the user-search engine results page(U-SERP)interaction stage and the user-content(U-C)interaction stage.The interaction effects of video users'learning-oriented search are evaluated from four dimensions in the user-personal knowledge(U-PK)interaction stage:information encountering,knowledge recording,knowledge comprehension,and knowledge gain.The study finds that task complexity primarily influences users'search interaction behaviors during the U-SERP interaction stage,while task type has a more significant impact during the U-C interaction stage.Additionally,task type exerts a greater influence than task complexity during the U-PK interaction stage.The findings contribute to enhancing the search interaction experience and learning effects of users,and provide insights for optimizing the interaction design and user service functions of video retrieval platforms.关键词
