电超声联合粒细胞集落刺激因子宫腔灌注治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕的临床研究
Clinical study of electric ultrasound combined with intrauterine perfusion of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of electric ultrasound combined with intrauterine perfusion of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility. Methods:Ninety patients with thin endometrial infertility admitted to Sichuan Jinxin Xinan Women &Children's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were randomly divided into 3 groups.Patients in electric ultrasound group(n=30)were treated with electric ultrasound,those in G-CSF group(n=30)were treated with G-CSF uterine perfusion,and women in the combined group(n=30)were treated with electroultrasound combined with intrauterine perfusion of G-CSF.Endometrial thickness,volume and shape,levels of estrogen and progestin,uterine hemodynamic parameters,the pregnancy rate and the clinical efficacy were compared among the three groups. Results:The total effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than those of electric ultrasound group and G-CSF group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the endometrial thickness,endometrial volume,the proportion of uterus type A,the proportion of type Ⅲ of blood flow,serum estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)levels were significantly increased(P<0.05),and uterine spiral artery resistance index(RI)was significantly decreased(P<0.05)after treatment in the three groups.After treatment,endometrial thickness,endometrial volume,serum E2 and P levels in the combination group were significantly higher than those in electric ultrasound group and G-CSF group(P<0.05),and the proportion of uterus type A and type Ⅲ of blood flow were also significantly higher than those in electric ultrasound group and G-CSF group(P<0.05).RI in the combination group was significantly lower than those in electric ultrasound group and G-CSF group(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate of the combined group was significantly higher than those of electric ultrasound group and G-CSF group(P<0.05). Conclusions:Electric ultrasound combined with intrauterine perfusion of G-CSF can effectively increase endometrial thickness,improve uterine morphology,blood perfusion as well as the levels of estrogen and progestin,and increase clinical pregnancy rate.关键词
