精子DNA碎片指数相关研究的可视化分析
Visual analysis of sperm DNA fragmentation index related studies
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the scientific research cooperation networks such as authors,institutions,countries,and citations of the sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI)related studies,and to explore the research hotspots and academic frontiers in the field of sperm DFI. Methods:The original articles and reviews from Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE),and Social Sciences Citation Index(SSCI)databases in Web of Science were selected as the research objects,and the retrieval time ranged from the establishment of the databases to July 23,2024.The Citespace 6.4.R1 software was selected as a visualization analysis tool to conduct co-occurrence analysis on authors,institutions,countries,citations,etc.of the research.Meanwhile,burst term detection and the clustering analysis were performed on keywords,and a visual knowledge map was drawn. Results:A total of 1 057 valid literature were included.The number of publications in the field of sperm DFI was on an increasing trend in recent years.The People's Republic of China,the United States,and Italy were in the leading positions.The core author group was the research team represented by Giwercman A.The institution with the greatest contribution was Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.The citation author with the highest citation frequency was Evenson DP,and the citation journal with the greatest contribution was Fertility and Sterility.The clustering analysis of keywords showed that ICSE,cryopreservation,the semen analysis,DNA damage,male fertility,chromatin integrity,embryonic development,obesity and diagnosis,etc.were the main clusters.The burst term detection technology showed that stress,gene expression,infertility,index and age were the keywords that emerged in recent years. Conclusions:The research on sperm DFI has entered a rapid development stage since 2018.Currently,the hotspots of sperm DFI research focus on the semen quality analysis and fertility evaluation of men,the occurrence mechanism and biomarkers of sperm DNA damage,the exploration of better sperm cryopreservation methods and methods to improve sperm DNA damage,as well as the research on sperm DFI in obese populations and patients undergoing ART,especially on ICSI and embryo development.The academic frontier may be to explore the oxidative stress and gene expression related to sperm DNA damage and infertility.关键词
