摘要

Abstract

This article uses industrial solid waste,calcined talc,calcite,and other materials as raw materials,the optimal formula was obtained through orthogonal experiments,and study the effects of solid waste and firing temperature on matte glaze.The results showed that The main factors affecting the performance of matte glaze are:solid waste,talc,quartz,and calcite.The optimal formula is potassium feldspar 9%,sodium feldspar 14%,kaolin 6%,calcite 19%,calcined talc 15%,quartz 20%,and solid waste 17%.The optimal firing temperature is 1 250℃.The main crystal phase of the best formula after sintering is diopside,characterized by XRD and SEM.The crystal is subject to a certain degree of corrosion in hydro-chloric acid solutions with a pH value below 2.5,but it shows a significant resistance to strong alkali corrosion.
