Abstract
International rail-road intermodal transport is an important part of building diversified international transport channels and promoting the high-quality development of the"Belt and Road Initiative".In view of low customs clearance efficiency,high logistics cost,and insufficient information sharing in the traditional rail-road intermodal transport export mode,Kashgar region in Xinjiang was studied,and this paper analyzed the international trade and goods supply between the region and the surrounding Central Asian countries,the current situation of the traditional rail-road intermodal transport export,and the operation organization process.It explored the blocking points of the traditional rail-road intermodal transport in the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Channel and proposed a new mode of"one-order processing and one-ticket supervision"for rail-road intermodal transport export by optimizing the information sharing between the railway freight 95306 platform and the customs"single window"system.This mode optimized the customs clearance and inspection process,reduced the logistics transit link,significantly reduced the transportation and customs clearance time,saved the whole process cost,and achieved good practical results.关键词
