Abstract
In order to scientifically evaluate and guide the improvement of the service capability of intermodal freight transportation hubs,a three-level evaluation indicator system was established.21 indicators were selected for data collection and calculation from five dimensions,including infrastructure,logistics capabilities,operational levels,social benefits and safety,as well as green and low-carbon development.The weights of the indicators were determined based on the comprehensive weighting method,and the scoring criteria for the indicators were set.Four different types of intermodal freight transportation hubs,including Lanzhou New Area Commercial Logistics Park,He'nan Airport Logistics Hub,Wuhan Yangluo Port International Port Logistics Park,and Ningbo Zhoushan Port Marine Railway Center,were selected for pilot evaluation.Based on the data collection results,the evaluation indicator system was revised.Based on the results of the pilot evaluation,the evaluation dimensions were divided into three levels.Overall,the social benefits and safety performance of intermodal freight transportation hubs were relatively good,but there were significant shortcomings in the operational level.In the future,we should continue to focus on five dimensions,including optimizing infrastructure construction,enhancing logistics service capabilities,improving hubs'operational levels,creating safe and reliable hubs,and promoting green and low-carbon development of hubs.The research provides technical support for the evaluation and monitoring of intermodal freight transportation hubs.关键词
