摘要

Abstract

Xi'an International Port Station,as a regional assembly center and an important hub and key infrastructure for the dispatch of the China Railway Express,plays a significant role in promoting economic and trade exchanges and facilitating logistics between China and the countries related to the"Belt and Road Initiative".Building a smart logistics cloud platform is an important measure to further leverage the pivotal role of Xi'an International Port Station and enhance its international port service capabilities.This study focused on four dimensions of Xi'an International Port Station:market-oriented business operation,refined production command,intelligent safety management,and digital control of industrial parks.It constructed a smart logistics cloud platform that integrated functions such as cargo tracking,data analysis,intelligent scheduling,and online payment.Starting from the overall framework and functional structure,it proposed a design scheme for the smart logistics cloud platform architecture of Xi'an International Port Station and analyzed the two core technologies of dynamic integration of logistics resources and automatic generation of train operation solutions,providing technical support for the construction of smart stations in Xi'an International Port Station and related system development.
