Safety Risk Analysis and Preventive Measures for Railway Dangerous Goods Transport
摘要
Abstract
The safety of railway dangerous goods transport is an important aspect of railway safety management.It requires dynamic identification and assessment of safety risks and continuous improvement of risk control measures to ensure long-term safety and stability.This paper focused on the safety risk prevention and control of railway dangerous goods transport,based on industry safety management practices since 2017.It systematically analyzed the risks throughout the entire process of railway dangerous goods transport,dividing the analysis into two key stages:pre-transport risk transfer and the formation of risks during transport.In response to these risks,this study proposed preventive measures from the perspective of strengthening the railway's safety management,addressing risks at the source,preventing pre-transport risk transfer,and controlling internal and external risks during transportation.The research results provide a phased and categorized risk prevention and control implementation pathway for railway dangerous goods transport safety management,ensuring the safety of railway dangerous goods transport.关键词
