摘要
Abstract
In the process of building a modern logistics system in railway transportation enterprises,railway logistics general business has emerged.As a contract between consumers and railway enterprises,the railway logistics general contract plays a key role in the logistics general business.Based on railway logistics contract management,this paper illustrated the concept,main content,and current situation of logistics general contract business.Meanwhile,it analyzed the common risks of fund collection and payment,delayed arrival and delivery,compensation for goods losses,and increased railway liability in logistics general contracts.Based on this,corresponding risk prevention measures were proposed to provide reference opinions for the healthy development of logistics general business in railway transportation enterprises.关键词
