Service Plan Design for Booking Trains of Automobiles Considering Operation Stability

Abstract
To solve the contradiction between the existing railway organization mode and the demands for"small-batch and multi-batch"automobiles and promote the transformation of railway freight transportation into modern logistics,the booking characteristics of liner ships and the organization mode of railway freight transportation were analyzed comparatively from the perspective of booking trains of automobiles.A new organization mode for booking trains was proposed,which ensured the stable operation of trains through contractual freight flow and reserved space to attract scattered freight flow.To maximize the transportation income of contractual freight flow and the possible booking income of scattered freight flow,a dynamic service network based on node splitting and a multi-commodity flow model based on integer programming were established by taking train grouping numbers and the transportation time limit into account.Gurobi was used to optimize the train service plans with or without booking of scattered freight flow,and a sensitivity analysis was conducted in cases of different freight flow and railway network scales.The results show that the transportation income can be effectively improved,and the train service plans can be optimized when the booking of scattered freight flow is considered.The proposed organization mode and service plan optimization model of booking trains can provide a reference for the development of railway automobile logistics products.关键词
